  • The BRAKE TIME platform located on www.braketime.in
  • The BRAKE TIME's online food ordering application
  • All other products or services provided by BRAKE TIME as described on the platform
  • Offline interactions with BRAKE TIME, including hard copy registration cards, competition entries, and contacts through consumer services call centers
  • Cookies and other tracking technology which collect certain information when customers interact with the BRAKE TIME platform

Customers will not be part of any disputes in commercial activities between BRAKE TIME and vendors. Client does not have any commercial involvement in the same.

BRAKE TIME undertakes to comply with reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules made thereunder.

Security measures include:

  • Secure Operating Environments: Personal information is stored in secure environments accessible only to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. BRAKE TIME follows generally accepted industry standards.

Note: Customer data shared at registration is used for operational and transactional purposes only. The data will not be used for any commercial or promotional purposes.

BRAKE TIME will retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, taking into account the need to answer queries, resolve problems, provide improved and new services, and comply with legal requirements under applicable laws.
